What counts as one unlock?
Generating and previewing RFQs is free. You spend 10 credits only when you unlock the full document — the complete bilingual RFQ, QC and Incoterms sections, and the PDF export. Drafts, edits, and re-downloads of an unlocked RFQ never cost extra. Larger packs (Pro and Business) simply lower your per-RFQ cost when you source multiple products or variants. Pricing FAQ
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you spend them on RFQ unlocks.
What payment methods do you accept?
Secure card payments via Stripe. You are redirected to checkout and back to your RFQ automatically.
What if my unlocked RFQ comes out broken?
7-day fix-or-refund: if the full document is technically broken (empty or garbled sections), we fix it or refund the unlock. And since preview is free, you never pay blind — you check the RFQ before unlocking.
Do you offer invoices?
Yes. Stripe receipts include VAT details and can be used for bookkeeping.
How do referrals work?
Share your referral link from the dashboard. When a friend unlocks for €9, you both get +10 credits — one free unlock each.
How does the Business review work?
Buy the Business pack and open any unlocked RFQ: a review card appears with a pre-addressed email. Send it and we check your specs, Incoterms and QC wording within 2 business days — free with Business, on your first RFQ.
